Pat did a fantastic job.  I called him when my garbage disposal and kitchen sink clogged on Christmas, expecting to get a voicemail, and instead reached a very friendly receptionist who scheduled the service.  Pat came out the next day to fix everything.  He was very professional, quite efficient and was upfront with me about the cost before fixing anything.  He checked to see if he could fix the garbage disposal before replacing it and also gave me a tutorial on how I can try to fix it myself should something go wrong in the future. He did a great job and was a very friendly guy.   I will definitely use him the next time I have a plumbing issue (which hopefully will not be for a while!).

Talk about FAST!  Mac also lent me some tools and helped me with something out of his scope of work just because he is a decent man.  Planning to call them again real soon!

Vincent and Lobo were extremely polite and fixed everything quickly. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to come out, it's nice to have emergency plumbing services when needed.

Edited just to add that they fixed my toilet within about 20 minutes. The valve and flapper needed to be replaced and they had the items on hand to do so. They also replace the water pipe hooking to the tank.

Very fast and on time service with a good explanation of what the problem was. Only issue was the price, $300 to fix a wax seal on a toilet is a liiiiiiittle much. Would use again.

Highly recommend. I had an issue with a drain that needed a creative solution. Thomas was the only plumber / contractor that understood my problem and found a way to fix it. He and his crew rerouted a drain from going inside my house to the storm drain. The project involved demo, new pipe, and new concrete. All the work was of high quality and Thomas communicated effectively throughout the process.

Jose of Windy City Plumbing did an excellent job of unclogging my drains. He explained what he was doing and he was thorough and very neat. His price is very fair. And, what I also like about him is that he is communicative. He arrived on time and an hour and half later, my house was up and running! I highly recommend him.

Saved the day! I know it's Chicago and naturally there's more in the industry but still. For a fast on demand fix that's done professionally and without judgment, A+ 100% 6 STARS! Customer service recurrently first to respond and communicate with me via easiest method email phone text etc. Billing was a snap! Fast secure and safe via check or Chase Quick Pay with Visa or Mastercard (wouldn't accept Amex no complaints here as most in the industry charge the consumer a 3 pct swipe fee or offer cash discount, no haggling here. Sure I could have attempted to fix this broken toilet myself but when you are entertaining there's no time for discrepancies. Eugene and Atanas are the two most courteous I've met. Believe me even I would have pause over this small job due to odd birthday costumes etc. Lol. I suggest they offer a area for later follow up review with gratuity. Granted this job wasn't huge but I do firmly believe in gratuity if a jobs done above and beyond expectations and earlier than promised! I literally pulled up when they arrived on time they were done an hour earlier! That's critical to me having dealt with runaround etc. Again, if you want diy or cheap then go do it. If you want a firm solid number that doesn't have surprises, this is IT! THEY SAVED THE DAY!

Great work again from Sound Plumbing. We needed some fittings replaced on our service lines and the work was done well and promptly. I will use them again.

Thank you to J sewer and Plumbing once again. This is my second time using their service and they have solved my issue! I messaged Jesus last Sunday night and he responded right away. Checked and fixed my problem Monday. Prices and service are excellent!

I like Greentech; I can communicate with them honestly and they are super responsive.  Gino, the Greentech licensed plumber, is efficient, genuine and effective at what he does.  He comes early and gets the job done.  He works really hard and is very nice.  I also spoke with the owners/managers Bill, Kevin and Fred all who helped me sort through my plumbing nightmare.  Through many conversations, we troubleshooted (with Gino) issues with the sewer mainline, we fixed a drainage issue and created a clean out for future issues.   Greentech will work with you to resolve your plumbing problems.  I love that they run an honest and skillful business and hire competent, nice people.  Thank you Bill, Gino, Fred and Kevin!! My highest possible recommendation. Mike, the owner, Is incredibly responsive. For the second time in two years, our basement flooded because of old plumbing (on Memorial Day when no one was working). Last year, Danny came out to the house and, with careful and skilled analysis, was able to diagnose the issue. Fast forward a year later... the same problem. Mike and Danny fit us in right away, working late, and were able to resolve our issue. Danny took the time to explain the issue, provide recommendations for mitigation, and on routine maintenance. On top of all that, Danny could resolve our issue without damaging our basement floor, which would have been an easy way out. Danny could have also oversold us unnecessarily add-ons but was mindful of our emergency and treated us like neighbors. It saved us time and money and helped out when we needed it. These are good people! I have no affiliation with Midwest Hydro, but as long as Danny and Mike are there, I'll be a Midwest Hydro fan and loyal customer.

I had indoor electrical, outdoor electrical, and indoor plumbing needs in my place, and Darrell was able to solve all of them with amazing customer service and such efficiency. I contacted him at 10 am, he got back to me minutes later, and by 4 pm the same day, he was at my place with all the supplies he needed for multiple issues. Prior to coming, he had me take pictures of my needs, so he could save time by picking up the parts before even arriving on scene. Him and his associate were so professional and respectful, yet still very personable and easy to talk to and work with. They took the time and dedication to make sure everything was done right, and even made sure to diligently clean up after themselves as they went. Part of my list of repairs was in not easily accessible, and somewhat dangerous, areas on my rooftop, and they serviced them effortlessly, even in the rain. I've already recommended Sims and Sons to other people because the service was so fantastic.

I had a great experience with ABV plumbing. The job was extremely well done and very professional treatment. I totally recommend this company! I could see right away how professional the job was going to be done. I had a water heater leak and they replaced it with a new unit. Sears  Home warranty provided this company to get the job done.

Extremely poor communication. Dmitry wanted to handle everything through text (which is completely fine) and I sent him all the details and pictures I could. He said he was good with the info I sent but his estimate on the work was very vague so I asked for clarity and didn't get any. I then asked if he could email the details and proposal to me, he said Saturday which was 4 days away. i understand he probably has other jobs so I waited.
On Sunday still nothing...followed up saying I want to move forward with the work based on the initial estimate but just need the detailed quote to make sure...he asked for home address and that was it. Monday I follow up again and then said he will send out a proposal once I confirm I am interested in scheduling and it still wouldn't get sent out for another day.
As you can see how frustrating the communication has been. Maybe he does good work once you get ahold of him and seems fairly priced as I compared to other plumbers but if you don't get a quote in a couple days after providing the scope of the job, just move on if you're hoping for something sooner than later

Quick same-day service to fix a toilet fill valve. Took a look around the house at a couple other potential issues and made some recommendations. Professional and would recommend!

I had an issue with a wiggly, leaky toilet. They responded quickly to the call. While here, they communicated the problem and gave a fair quote. Every step was communicated. They completed the task and was so kind. I'm so grateful!

I used Noel for a few different services over the past few weeks and his response, honesty and overall professionalism was impressive.  an awkward water heater removal and installation plus some minor plumbing related questions were answered with honest advice given.  He will be our go to guy for a long time.
